What does this warranty cover?

This limited lifetime warranty applies to physical goods purchased from Apogee Performance LLC and covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

During the warranty period, Apogee Performance LLC will repair/replace parts of the product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and proper maintenance.  

What will we do to correct issues?

Apogee Performance LLC will repair the product at no charge using new replacement parts; shipping of product to our location for needed service is customer responsibility. 

How long does coverage last?

Apogee Performance LLC will repair physical goods purchased from our company as long as parts are available, is cost effective (does not exceed cost of new merchandise to repair), or is deemed safe by our technician.  

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This limited warranty does not cover any issue that is caused by:

· Crashes or heavy strikes against objects such as curbs, rocks, etc.

· Modifications to original product resulting in damages to stock parts or workmanship

· Malfunctions or damages not resulting from workmanship or materials

· Failure to follow maintenance guidelines for product

. Malfunctions or damages caused by work done by another dealer
